Pro Pilates Zurich is seeking a dynamic and experienced Pilates Teacher Trainer with a strong

foundation in digital marketing to join our growing team. This hybrid role blends hands-on

instruction with digital brand strategy, ideal for a passionate educator who thrives both in the

studio and online.

Lead teacher training programs, workshops, and continuing education courses.

Deliver high-quality group and private Pilates classes, both in-person and online.
Represent Pro Pilates Zurich across digital channels — develop and manage content,
social media, and campaigns that reflect our premium brand identity.
Support local and global marketing initiatives to expand our network of teachers and
build the studio’s international presence.
Collaborate with management on new program development, partnerships, and events.

10+ years of experience teaching Pilates, with international teaching experience across multiple countries.
Proven success in teacher training, workshops, and continuing education.
Strong online presence and experience teaching virtual classes.
Demonstrated ability to grow a brand or teacher network through strategic digital
marketing.
University degree in a respective field, Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Excellent communication skills in English (German or additional languages a plus).
Passion for Pilates education, innovation, and community building.
