Group Training at
ProPilates Seefeld

Our group training sessions are goal orientated and small. A maximum of 4 participants for equipment and 8 for mat. This allows for individual attention and a good overview for the instructor.

Using the entire studio, we select the equipment , designed by Joe Pilates, best suited to your body’s needs and the development of the group.

Our sessions are recognised by health insurance providers who may make a contribution to the cost , depending on your policy.

The group experience is a fun combination of work and play.
