Pilates Course Trainee

Adriana was born in Basel in 1971. After studying Italian and history, she began working in the field of marketing/communication and lived in Geneva for over 10 years. Now, she resides in Zurich with her husband.

Thanks to Pilates, Adriana is now free from back pain and benefits from the numerous advantages of regular training in her daily life as well as during sports activities.

​

Fascinated by the Pilates method, she decided to pursue training as a Pilates mat instructor, which she successfully completed in 2022.

This experience strengthened her fascination and determination to expand her knowledge through the Comprehensive training, allowing her to share the many positive experiences in teaching with others.
