Breathing is the first act of life and the last thing we do before leaving this life.
We live our lives between two breaths; hence breathing regulates everything in between.
In these four hours you will experience and practice different breathing techniques (Buteyko, Dao Yin, Qigong etc.) that will help you to find your own breathing patterns necessary for a healthy daily life.
It will also incorporate Pilates exercises on the Reformer and Mat which adds a physical dimension to the workshop.
Pilates is known for its emphasis on core strength, flexibility, and controlled movements. Integrating different breathing patterns into Pilates exercises can enhance awareness, performance, and mind-body connection as well as improve your overall practice.
It will have an immersive experience, providing ample time for participants to not only learn about the techniques but also to practice and integrate them into their bodies and daily life.
